Eye In The Sky Hold ‘Em as part of NADA Presents, reprises a previous collaborative performance between Melissa Brown and Where, “Eye in the Sky Hold ‘Em” as an off-site, private poker lounge in which invited players wager original artworks in winner-take-all rounds of Texas Hold ‘Em. The winner of each round leaves the table with an art collection. At NADA NY, the private lounge was housed inside of an RV, which was parked outside of the fair. Fairgoers could view the poker games via closed circuit television kiosks installed inside of the fair and potential influence the outcome of the game by contacting the players via cell phone.
